This all started by my wife and I looking at homes with another realtor and a home that we saw on the MLS had the most descriptive,story telling,vibrant description I had ever seen out of the 100's of homes we viewed on line. Sean Brooks is an excellent real estate agent. I recently made an offer on a home that had six offers in less than 24 hours on the market. Sean suggested that I offer $500 more than the asking price. Normally in situations with many offers, they ask for everyone’s highest bid. The owner of the house did not want to do that. Instead she said she would take the highest offer on the table. Thanks to Sean’s recommendation of going $500 above the asking price, I got my house. Another thing I appreciated about Sean was the fact that he returned all text, calls and emails promptly. If I wanted to see a property, Sean did his best to get me in the property that day. I highly recommend Sean Brooks for all of your real estate needs.
